For me it’s to continue moving forward into the unknown of this business venture. I have never felt more alive and frightened at the same time. I’m on the skinny branches and I feel the wind – but I know I’m in the right tree. Know what I mean? We walk by faith not by sight.

The entire first half of my life felt like wishful thinking prayers. I prayed because I didn’t know what else to do. So glad those days are behind me. I now know that when I pray I am relating to my Father and Lord and They are unlocking heaven for me one prayer and one faithful moment at a time. Love this God thing… He is working it all out for us even when we seem to be the blind leading the blind.

AMEN THAT! Holly and Colleen. Kids would have been third on the list, but I am finding them easier to let go of than husband and finances these days.

Yes Holly it is hard to let go. When we cling to the control it exposes where we have crossed the line thinking we are God. Ouch. The bottom line is we cannot live our kid’s lives. We have to give them the freedom (like God does) to live their own lives. It does help knowing God loves them so much more than we do!

I’m still working through doing the best I knew how and yet not having the results I expected. It’s hard.

Me too Colleen, I think it is so hard to let go and believe your kids will get it together but often when I give it up, I realize I may have been in the way and now God can take over. I am see in unbelievable changes that seemed stuck and not happening for years. I am grateful. God loves them more than us, huh?
